I can’t sign up from Russia. What’s the problem? Please fix it.

I cannot register in the app using my Russian phone number - I don't receive any verification code. When I tried to register using temporary British mobile number, everything worked fine. Therefore the app is unusable in Russia

A brilliant app for English teachers and students alike! 5/5

Seemed like an easy concept, I am a Native English speaker, have done lots of teaching and online teaching, plus I have the 120 hour TEFL certificate. The mock/trial class went very bad. Not enough direction given so I was told to do it again. I prepared and tried again, but still no full explanation of anything. Then I was told I was not wanted. It’s ok, not the first time I’ve been rejected, but this was just strange. The whole layout and concept didn’t make much sense, wish there was more explanations so I could do the job correctly.

This is a great app and they are improving it all the time! I have taught on PalFish platform and I absolutely love it! I recommend teachers and friends to PalFish and I plan on teaching again on their platform because I miss it so much!! Thanks PalFish!!
