Every time I try to open the app to try it, it won’t connect to my earbuds and says “pairing failed.” My phone connects to the earbuds no problem and I use them daily, but the app won’t connect to them.

Have them connected to iPhone, but app still says “pairing failed” no matter what I do. COMPLETELY USELESS APP DON’T BOTHER.

Why don’t you have an app for the iPad. I was able to find and download for my iPhone-

I can not make any sound adjustments, will not connect via app, and only in your app. Sound works and connects everywhere else.

The way their current version functions it’s absolutely impossible to adjust the bass through the app. The frequencies they allow you to adjust are highs and mids, but not lows. It’s pretty strange to me that this was an oversight. Hopefully their dev team will see this and make that adjustment ASAP! Unless the sound profile is complete what gets produced just doesn’t sound right.
