This app was a complete disaster. I tried to pay my PABC credit card bill using my PABC savings account, and it was an absolute nightmare. I've been using other banking apps for years, and this one is by far the worst. The whole point of using an app is for convenience and ease of use, but this app lacks both. Avoid this app until they address the serious issues it currently has.

Unable to update. Page does not respond.

App became too slow after the update. Please correct this issue sooner. Its now a headache using this app

After the update, app stops responding in the password expired screen (not allowing to select “continue with same PW” or “change PW”). I am using iPhone SE3 running iOS 17.5.1

This app has suddenly become fast, useful and reliable after the latest update.

Please update the app for a faster user experience,other bank apps have been updated and very user friendly,Please respond fast.

Can not even log in some time and why even always log out when we close the app just give it as a option to remember or one time.

Please link the credit card accounts

This app is intended mainly for saving account holders. It’s disappointing that Credit card holders can’t use this App. Needs improvement.
