Dealing with you has been nothing short of a nightmare, and ordering from your shop was my biggest mistake. I have never experienced such poor communication, constant ignoring of customers, and outright dishonesty from any customer service team before. You are fully responsible for this issue, yet I find myself repeatedly calling to follow up and try to resolve the problem. This is unacceptable.

It’s very bad Store and has very bad quality of furniture and accessories even carpets are very bad quality , very bad stuff and very rude representative I don’t recommend anyone to buy anything from this store or even online, all their team has an unacceptable attitude and very lack of communication with the customers. Unfortunately, the customer service and complaints department teams have unacceptable behaviour towards customers too, I’ve received impolite and very rude attitude from two of the online representatives today and even when I’ve tried to complain about the representatives attitude at the complaints department, I have received very bad behaviour from the the one who should be raised the complaint to, I don’t know where shall i raise my complaints to about those two employees , specially that the whole team are supporting each other and covering their colleagues mistakes.

Never repeated again online from the store i calling more than 1 hour callcenter no answer i am sure that the managment runing this company foolish and stupid they should run a farm

Such a shame given how good the store is. The app is always unresponsive, extremely slow and has a lot of glitches.

I love PAN HOME. I love everything they have in store and in their catalogs but their app is very slow, not updated, a waste of time for the users, and a badly made app. If Pan Home will continue this app they have go give it ultimate upgrade for the best user experience, Also, why create an app if you won’t give attention to it or to the feedbacks? It has been like this for more than one year and nothing of our feedbacks has been taken into consideration for the app. Really?

What you save by skimping on decent software engineers, you lose 10x in customers being physically unable to place orders.

PAN home is my favorite furniture store but unfortunately their application is the worst on earth! Very slow , doesn’t open most of data and doesn’t work properly, it makes online shopping or checking very irritating and I will just abort the idea to buy from them. This happens more obviously during sales season and it is a real shame for such a company.

I was notified via sms that my order was out for delivery, delivery guy called me and asked for my location and informed me that delivery will take next day. Next day no contact from the delivery guy not even a response reached out to customer service and blamed me for wrong address?? I requested for refund, no respnse. Called them and asked for refund again and they said they will process it days have passed still have not received my refund.

It's the worst furniture app in the uae.. Although they have really good stuff when you visit the showroom the app is just horrible. It hangs, pressing back takes you all the way up (not where u left browsing), hard to scroll images, just to name a few problems
