I just bought a Panasonic smart AC I wanted to connect it, after installing and signing in it took me to Home Screen there it says add a device but when I click it nothing happens please help me with this issue

Whatever your last update did, the AC’s no longer stay connected to the network and fail registration. You guys really need better infra and sufficient testing. It’s not ok to push buggy software and hassle customers

This new update has completely ruined the app. My AC keeps disconnecting frequently, and I’m not able to use the app.

Home not available. I don’t see dashboard and also no devices are available. I already had one device onboarded and when tried to onboard another device, I was able to properly add it. So I reinstalled the app and not it’s working anymore.
