Customer Service may be available until 9pm, but no one is online to reply to my concerns. I sent money on a friday and the recipient haven’t received the money yet, and it’s already monday. I keep on messaging the customer service, even responding to it’s question, but the transactions I’ve had are yet to have some progress. I feel like they’ve stolen money from me already.
The options for remittance type is empty and I can’t proceed to transfer money as this is required. The app is up to date and i restarted the app and my phone several times and it still the same.
Worst remittance. The customer service is useless it was a bot.

朋友推荐的，想着试一下，汇了一笔钱，到账速度很慢，中间每次联系都是说在加急，也不知道中间什么情况，问到账时间，就说让我等待已经催了。而且客服也很慢，等待时间很长。感觉是在收集通行证和银行身份证信息。已经注销账号，后续也不会使用。
