Excellent customer service and I love the cheddar chicken club
I really like the app, and the offers they made, I just consider that should be inside the app a way to contact the branch about any inquiries, cause recently happened that I made an order an something was missing and couldn’t find a way to communicate about it, so then when I received the feedback msj I gave them two stars and mentioned my reasons. I must said that within the hour I received a call back apologizing and they bring the missing food. So five stars for them and thanks for the quick answer
Bad update
Can’t use home delivery even with nearby branch to my home by 2km.
Incomplete marketing
Teach you marketing team to share complete information when sending deals, mashreq neo send a message to thousands of users 1 AED pizza but forgot to mention to bring physical card for what ever reason. The staff is not accepting the digital card even if you show all information in mobile phone. Who caries physical cards these days ? Pathetic.
January 8th, 2024 Update (Bug)
The application was updated recently at 10:48pm to the newer available version released on either a day earlier than January 8th, 2024 has been presenting an error upon launch i.e “unfortunately, the application version is no longer supported…would you like to update..”

The points for survey and order online is not credited to my accounts until now it was since October 2023

Swear I will never come or even order from you It’s a scam I come with my friend to burjuman center to papa jhons for us to redeem the pizza than we have 30 aed in the app it’s showing that it’s free but in store you have to buy at least 65 aed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
