Worst ever delivery 2 hours for a pizza

I got a msg saying XL pizza for aed7 from app. I download the app only realise that i have to order 1 XL pizza at full price to avail 2nd XL pizza for aed7. What a scam! Lost all respect for you Papa Murphys, this is coming from a customer that has been regular since 2015

Missleading promotion

Get a large pizza for 7 aed !! While in fact the promo is Buy a large pizza for +60 aed and get second at 7 aed why are you guys laying in your sms , i would never spend a piny on your pizza just because of this cheap lies … 🤬🤬🤬 and stop spamming me with your sms …

I downloaded the app and placed my order, the app said my order was in the kitchen. Then 1.5 hours later, the status remained the same and when I called the call center to understand exactly where my order was, the automated voice says that there was “no pending order” in my number! Then I spoke to someone in the customer service who told me that he’d check with the store and cll me back in 2 mins.. 15 mins later he still didn’t call me! So I called them back and asked them for an update and I was assured that they’d call me back.. thankfully this time I got a call back and they told me that a driver had just been assigned to my order like 2 mins prior to the call! So I asked them exactly when would my order get delivered since it was already almost 2 hours since I placed the order! To which they responded with “we’ll check in the system and contact the driver and then call you back” and so I waited.. few minutes later they called me to say that NOBODY has been assigned to my order and so they don’t know when my order will get delivered or if it’ll get delivered at all! By then I was at my wits end and I told them to cancel my order.. which they apparently did immediately but I got the confirmation sms that my order has been canceled, 15 mins later! Please don’t download this app and waste the storage space in your phone! And please don’t order from here unless you’re ready to wait for a few hours at least to get your food!

Still the beef topping on the pizza is low quality with too much seasoning. Also cheese quantity on the pizza is less than normal!
