Not good
I just did the recent update and went to get on the app and it’s just a black screen. Won’t do anything else. Please fix the issue soon.
Just updated the app and now it doesn’t open, click on the icon and it’s just a black screen. Wish I’d never updated😡
I clicked on the app and nothing came up. I even turned off my phone and attempted to access the app again and still couldn’t access it! As a Consultant I need access at all times to my back office.
This latest update will not even open the app. It just stays a blank screen
I use this app daily sometimes glitches but most of the time no problem.
I need this app but oh my it sure does pick the worst times to not work properly!!!
I have not had any issues using it an absolutely love it it’s simple to use. I only wish that the images were larger on the inventory schreen I find my self looking the name of the item up on goodly just so I can see the picture of the item.
So far I’m loving the app. Looking forward to all of the new things being added. It just keeps getting better.
I don’t know what has happened within the last couple of weeks, but the app and website are not the same by any means. When I open the app, I am taken to the main login page, the one specifically for paparazzi consultants, and when I enter my ID number and password, it informs me that my information is incorrect. I have selected the forgot password tab, and I am redirected to my profile, to which I am able to access my entire website. (why am I being logged in if I can’t sign in myself, and keep being redirected to my my account to change my password?) for one, that is not secure for me whatsoever. If I am on another computer and I submit change my password, will it open my profile to take me to change my password? If that’s the case, anyone could have access to my information. So when it takes me into my profile, (my back office), I select the forgot password tab, but even my new password won’t work when I go to login. I have changed my password I can’t tell you how many times, I’ve saved the password on my phone, and when I attempt to login it still says the information is incorrect. What the heck is going on? I’ve reached out to tech support and have not been contacted back. Not to mention, even when I select the change my password tab and it takes me to my profile without even entering my password because I’ve been denied access, when I go to place a new order, the items are not loading in the new releases category, for several months it’s. By the time the page loads, I miss out on new releases. I would like someone to fix the issues that are taking place recently, because it making me not even want to place orders. Being an independent consultant is not about me and what items I personally want, it’s about what my clientele would like. If I can’t access new inventory upon release because of issues with the app, why should I even take time to attempt placing orders. It shouldn’t take 4-7 minutes for new inventory to load. I have great internet service so I know it’s not on my end. The website technician customer support should be reading these reviews and really need to focus on customer support.
