Impossible d’ajouter ou de modifier des utilisateurs. L’application ferme toute seul.

App works well and reliably when connecting to my security system for remote arm/disarm, notifications and user code programming. Have not yet tested doorbell, cameras, access control functionality using this app, but will leave review once tested. App definitely looks more ‘modern’ compared to old Insite Gold App which is the right direction. Little things like PGM shortcut buttons and graphic of your site for each ‘partition’ is nice and becomes more personal to the user.

Most recent update is not allowing me to connect to my alarm with a static ip

I bought this app in mid March and it’s now May I have yet to get any support to get the app to function. It appears at first that you’re connected, only to find out that it’s reading old data. I have to “retry” to connect to the panel, 8 times. It has takes 8-10 minutes to connect Very unstable software. Would not recommend

Insight gold wasn't perfect but worked better than this plus yes french translation is quite horrible and the import from insight gold to blue eye was horrible and impractical, i have 17 sites in there and it wasn't able to transfer 1 correctly

Je confirme également que les alarmes Paradox devraient investir dans une traduction française notamment de qualité réalisée par un traducteur certifié. Il y a effectivement un manque de respect pour la clientèle francophone qui est inacceptable. Google est un très mauvais traducteur.

The french translation is totaly not applicable, it’s probably made by a cheap translator system, exemple… they translate the action ARM by BRAS (in french) you really need to review your translation system

Me he instalado la última versión y no me funciona en modo instalado cada a peor

La App no funciona! No tengo acceso remoto para activar el alarma y con todo esto tengo que pagar el “servicio”…

Parece increible que una aplicacion de pago funcione tan mal, una vergüenza voy a dejar de trabajar con mi gestor de alarmas por culpa de esta aplicación.
