I plugged in the numbers. No locker door opened and now, I have no record of anything. I don’t know where my parcels are !!

Overall works well and nice to be able to open lockers from app. One thing that could be improved is the notifications sometimes you get them sometimes you don't.

Please add location access before requesting us to “allow it”. I used to have it but now it’s gone.

The app needs location access to open lockers touch-less but the application settings do not include location control so no way to enable it.

Quadreal community managers have access. My community manager took my sisters name out of the system and stated she can’t use my address….. this shouldn’t be allowed.

Haven't been able to sign in for a few months now. Website works fine, but not the app. Doesn't look like I'm alone either.

I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall Parcel Pending multiple times as it will routinely say “Connectivity error. Please try again later” but never fix itself.
