Update ruined most features
I use this app extensively, however I accidentally updated and now I cant even hover over properties without zooming out to the point where you cant even see what’s on the map. Furthermore, majority of the properties now can’t even be accessed because they aren’t highlighted anymore. Tried downgrading the app, but my IOS is too new to have it work.
The application is creased
The application is crashed all the time when you are trying to look into the details of the property. It gives you a black screen with no response.

The app was slowly declining and now it won’t even open…. It was a good run I guess, to Regrid we go.

Paying for the app but useless due to app crashing.
App Crashing
I have loved this app, so much so that I upgraded and got a subscription. I now, since upgrading, have not been able to open the app a single time. The app crashes every single time I open it. I am going to have to cancel my subscription because I can’t even open the app to use it.
Constantly Crashes and tons if bugs
Simply put what the app itself offers is amazing and actually reasonably priced, however it is impossible to use due to it constantly crashing, not letting you save parcels, and just not working. When I first downloaded it, it worked for a day. I even made a couple saved lists which where all lost the next day that I logged on and now it crashes every time I try to save a parcel or even log in. I’ve tried to delete and redownload the app multiple times , used different emails, and still nothing works. Extremely disappointed and frustrated because I truly did want to use the app.
