Face ID

Switched to a new iPhone now Face ID quit working for this app

Won’t stop closing

Since the update, the app immediately closes after logging in. The update does look nice but could use a Zelle in app option.

Glitchy

The update that occurred recently has us changing our passwords on multiple occasions and on multiple devices. Not sure why this occurring. The app says ID passwords not recognized after multiple attempts to gain access to the accounts. Please fix.

I can’t open the app!!!

Mobile deposit is awful

The mobile deposit portion of this app is awful. Will always take the picture of the front but will fail 9 out of 10 times on the back picture. Same light and background as the front, even trying multiple lighting and backgrounds does not help. They need to fix this issue

🚫Avoid this credit union 🚫

1. Agents are condescending and if you ask questions they proceed by screaming at you (no exaggeration). Pitiful customer service 2. Wayyyyyy to conservative. I have a 700 plus credit score and they gave me a $500 credit card ….woo. Let it collect dust in my drawer for almost a year. Credit line increase? Nope denied 😂 3. Louisville resident ? Choose another credit union and you’ll thank me later

Face ID

Face ID options stopped working all of a sudden. When I went to turn the setting off and back on it says “Use Unavailable ID” as the option instead of “Use Face ID” and even after turning it off and back on, nothing.

Time expired message won’t allow me to log in.

Cannot use app on IPhone

Face ID Downgrade

With the old app I was able to save my password and use facial recognition to login every time. With the new app I still have to input my password every login even with Facial ID enabled. Please change this back.

Unreliable

This app is frozen or gives me a server error 80% of the time I try to use it.
