After writing in the app all my personal data it failed to give me a room number, I had to do the normal check-in at the reception giving again all my data Don’t waste your time, don’t use it

Siamo stati dal 12 al 14 stanza 1184. Abbiamo prenotato pernotto e colazione. La hall molto bella, la camera molto piccola ma per gli standard di Londra ok , camera molto molto pulita . Al nostro arrivo il letto per il bambino non era stato fatto . Il bagno pulito ma non c’erano salviette per la terza persona e nel bagno non è presente un kit toiletries . Nemmeno è presente la presa USB per caricare i telefoni. Se non hai un adattatore e non te lo forniscono loro, non puoi caricare il telefono . Per un 4 stelle è una grande mancanza. La colazione buona, nella media. La cottura dei croissant un po’ indietro entrambe le giornate . Non c’è molta scelta per il gluten free. Solo pane con semi, marmellata o muffin (1) con mirtilli . Per un bimbo non va bene. La piscina ha limiti per i bambini e se non prenoti non possono entrare questo non va bene. Perché anche il bambino paga quanto un adulto per tutti i servizi . Lo staff di reception preparato lo staff di sala delle colazioni un po’ meno preparato ma molto molto gentile . Nel complesso due notti a più di 500 euro non sono sicura che lo riprenoterei . Ottima la posizione davanti al big ben.

Idea ottima e innovativa se non fosse che non ti permette di fare nemmeno il check in… Sistemate!!!

The app not works anytime

From the minute we walked in till the moment we left our stay was a pleasure.Elliot who checked us in was polite and well mannered and nothing was a Trouble for him . The food amazing . The location brilliant walking distance to all major attractions. The area felt very safe and I would not hesitate to stay again

Arrived at the hotel, digital key doesn’t work and no one to help

Can’t get the latest app to work, get to the payment page when checking in remotely and just hangs, none of the options load to pay!

Well I won’t write a review of the hotel here, (have yet to stay) but just a few words regarding the app. It looks very impressive and seems to tell me all I need to know, and the digital key idea is a brilliant one. However, when I came to check in, I was prompted to update guest details for the three other people in my group. Unfortunately it seemed to randomly save/not save guest names. So I tried to enter details again and hit the save button, but it would only save details for two of us, leaving the other guests as named “unknown”! Off you can get that sorted I’d give it more stars.

The hotel is great - I’ve stayed there loads. The app is indescribably poor and barely if ever works. The experience is you go to the login screen, enter your details then wait. Nothing happens for a while, followed by… nothing. Sometimes you are lucky and get a “you are logged in” screen but then the only available option is the back key which takes you back to the original menu where you find your are now logged out - meaning important options like booking room service or a pool slot are unavailable. And they won’t let you swim unless you’ve used the non-working app to book a slot.

The on line checkin via this application never works!
