Mi sono trovato bene finché non ho cambiato dispositivo. Assistenza zero. Ho dovuto disinstallarla perché non funzionava più. Peccato

Enough with parking meters and coins!
With ParkAppy, parking in Rome, Naples, Turin, Bologna and Lecce becomes easy and stress-less.
Wait for the app to localize you, insert your license plate number and choose the end time. Pay with your credit card and... go!
In Rome, Bologna and Lecce you can also purchase monthly passes.
Please notice: ParkAppy is available in Rome for Atac parking areas; in Turin for GTT parking areas; in Bologna for Tper parking areas; in Lecce for SGM parking areas; in Naples for ANM parking areas. ParkAppy cannot be used in private car parks or in areas managed by other parking companies.
You can check at any moment your remaining parking ticket minutes, from inside the app or through the Notification Center widget. You will also be notified when the parking ticket time is ending.
End your parking ticket in advance and pay only for the actual minutes. You can also extend the parking ticket from anywhere you are.
Traffic wardens can check your payments in real time through your license plate number. Please check if the ParkAppy tag (available in the app) needs to be displayed in the municipality where you park.
ParkAppy doesn't require registration or initial top-ups.
When you pay with your credit card, the amount will be pre-authorized. This means your card will be charged only when you end the parking.
Remember: some banks send a "transaction performed" text even if the amount is just pre-authorized. Don't worry, you will only pay what you use!
You can check the history of your stops and request an invoice by the 15th day of the month following that of payment. You can download a payment receipt at any time. Unlike what happens with the parking meter, you can therefore always prove that you have paid!

Pagamento impossibile e assistenza inesistente.
Pagamento con Apple Pay o con carta di credito sistematicamente non possibile perché "Non hai autorizzato il pagamento": per forza, l'app attiva il sistema di pagamento ma non avvia la procedura di autenticazione della carta tramite codice o FaceID. Assistenza contattata dall'app via mail 3 giorni fa ma nessuna risposta. App disinstallata e passato ad altra app perfettamente funzionante.
dove sono i widget ?
Una delle app più utili e veloci. Peccato il mancato widget interattivo per velocizzare il tutto 🥲
Alti e bassi
Fino a un po’ di tempo fa funzionava bene, avrei dato 5 stelle. Poi per un periodo abbastanza lungo non funzionava più con Apple Pay ed era diventata scomoda. Adesso Apple Pay è stato ripristinato ma a volte l’app fa cose strane, oggi per esempio mi diceva che dovevo rifare il login perché la sessione era scaduta (???), poi riaprendo l’app dieci minuti dopo era tutto a posto. Ma nel frattempo ho pagato il parcheggio alla macchinetta perché era più comodo! A differenza di altre app, però, non applica sovrapprezzi, e non è una differenza da poco!
Perfetta ma…
L’app funziona molto. Perché è stato tolto il supporto ad Apple Pay? Era così comodo poter scegliere con cosa effettuare il pagamento… Inoltre, estendetela a più comuni.
Sistema di pagamento terribile
Il nuovo sistema di pagamento è un passo indietro enorme. Prima mai avrei pensato di cambiare app per il parcheggio, si faceva tutto con un click. Adesso tanto vale andare alla macchinetta…
È sparito Apple Pay
Ancora più delle commissioni (leggermente più basse delle app concorrenti, dove la uso io), il vantaggio principale di questa app era la possibilità di pagare rapidamente con Apple Pay. Ora deve essere cambiato il gestore di pagamento, perché questa possibilità è scomparsa. Anche salvando la carta di pagamento bisogna sempre reinserire il CVV e tutti i codici richiesti dalla vostra banca o circuito di pagamento. Prima si poteva parcheggiare e pagare al volo, ora ogni volta bisogna scartabellare!
Non funziona più Apple Pay
Il nuovo sistema di pagamento è macchinoso ma ero andato oltre continuandolo a usare.. ora con l’ultimo aggiornamento NON fa più utilizzare ApplePay!! Assurdo….
Memorizzazione carta di credito
Non si riesce a far memorizzare i dati della carta di credito nonostante la spunta di far ricordare il metodo di pagamento….
Ho dovuto fare ricorso
Pago con l’app, ma mi fanno la multa, contatto il centro assistenza e mi assicurano che avrebbero risolto. A distanza di qualche mese mi arriva la multa a casa, ricontatto l’assistenza e mi dice che non possono fare niente e che devo fare ricorso. Indecente
