Exactly what I needed, but I’ll appreciate monthly parking option on the app

I have been using ParkChamp for 2 years for my parking at the place we’re I work, in two years I had one issue which was resolved very quickly and professionally by their friendly customer support agents, anytime I needed help or needed to cancel a reservation or anything they are always so helpful I highly recommend giving them a try!! Most unreliable app I have used. Crashes. Won’t even open most of the time. Useless.

App doesn’t consider if the parking spot fits a large vehicle or not, so when people get assigned a small spot and they decide they don’t want to park there, they don’t do the right thing and request a new spot, they just take someone else’s spot. This happened to me today. Result? I am forced to change spots because someone is in my spot and I get forced to park in the worst parking spot no one else wants. They won’t tow the squatters. So much for reserving a spot and being proactive.
