Login works on the website but not the app. Frustrating and unusable.

Never seen an app so glitchy or so useless. It would be fantastic if we could modify reservations but doesn’t provide that options. Plans change!

True, this app isn’t as user friendly as some of the others, but their parking is really cheap, and they have great service. I don’t mind that they invest more in customer service and less in their app.

I’m not ever able to login which is the first step of the app

Why even have an app? Worst mobile app I have ever used. Apply some effort, boys or take it down.

This app is truly terrible. Everyone always said they had issues with it and I never did… until recently. I constantly have to delete the app and redownload to get it to work. For some reason, there’s a random email address populated whenever I open it. Then it won’t let me put in my own email address. It tells me it’s valid. I put in a password and hit login but nothing happens. It’s really not a great app at all which is very unfortunate since you have to use it or your email.

Park dia is cool but this app doesn’t even let u log in?

Skeptical given all of the negative reviews but yeah this app does not make using ParkDIA easier.

The recent update, which happened in the middle of a trip, rendered the application useless. Initially refused my password. I reset the password and the application screens now show nothing but red error messages. Cannot access any made reservations, which left me frantically searching through my emails in an attempt to find my QR code so that I could leave the garage.

Not sure what the issue is with this app but I have not been able to log on or make reservations for days. What’s the point of even having an app if the users can’t use it?!!!?
