Finding and reserving a parking spot is easy. From this point on there are a number of shortcomings in the service. Firstly, upon arrival we had to get a ticket from the automat in order to gain entrance into the parking. We used the service twice. First time the camera recognised our vehicle and let us out. The second time we were stuck and had to drive reverse and go talk to the personnel. According to him our license plate number was missing in their system. I realised this was due to the fact that I had specified that the car was a rental and there was nowhere to specify the license plate number after that. The app has many shortcomings since you cannot delete your account no matter how many times you choose “delete account”. The app is far from pedagogic and confusing. Please fix these shortcomings.

No muestra la información
Luego de hacer la reserva no llega ninguna confirmación por email y en el app en la parte de reservas tampoco se visualiza nada debería mejor en eso !!!

Repito el mismo proceso reserva pago verificación de tarjeta y vuelve al principio ....
Se cierra inesperadamente
Cuando haces click en “Vale de reserva@ la aplicación se cierra.

Funcionaba
He reservado un par de veces con la app y todo perfecto. Hoy necesito cambiar la tarjeta para el pago y no funciona, error: “página no encontrada”.
Desastre absoluto
Su web no esta optimizada para móvil, va fatal, por eso descargue la app. No sé que va peor. Lo botones no funcionan, te saca de tu cuenta, supuestamente te llega un código que no se sabe ni para que es, luego es un correo sin código que te dice que te descargues la app ... que clase de desastre es este? Haced un poco de testing antes de subir algo tan disfuncional al store, y no hagáis perder el tiempo a la gente. Borrado en cinco minutos, no pienso volver usarla.
