The app charged to my credit card & cancelled the transaction the next second. I did not authorise the payment at all. It happens very day & the next second the transaction was cancelled.

The requirement to add a card manually is common, and I have not experienced extra deductions. The app is user friendly and simple to use. Beware of trolls who just go around downvoting certain apps.

This app has been a breeze when I was using it for a while. Until I experienced some issues about bad gateway or card declined. Had to delete and re add the card every single use. I even got fined for it cos I couldn’t pay cos of that card declined issue. Sot sia

I’m parking at the place using my account card to park and it’s duplicate another charges and this often occurred oftenly,I had to always call bank to clarify the issues and again.

The app, for the better part of this year, has continually claimed my cards are “declined” and thus refused my attempts to pay for parking. This is nonsense, as repeated attempts will lead to the card being magically accepted. Initially, 2-3 attempts were required. Nowadays it is oftentimes impossible to make the parking payment - as if the card only gets accepted on a critical roll of a d20. I’ve brought this up with the feedback department. I’ve sent screencaps of the error. The last correspondence I had with them was more than 2 weeks ago. I sent a follow up message two days ago and am waiting for a reply. Is this not a public service? I cannot be held responsible for parking fines if the payment method is faulty.

I have malicious transaction billed to my bank card via this application. Not getting any help to assist in the matter?

2nd incident. Suspect so only used the new card for this app. Another unauthorised transaction made.

Please show more detail information whether the carpark has night parking, or free parking after certain hours.

to check saved Card info? I don’t remember which card was saved and if it is expired.
