It keeps saying error

I like the concept and been using it for many times already. Sometimes it’s glitchy when you navigate via app. For example, the services on a certain clinic glitches when you scroll. Some buttons look off in a smaller screen. It looks cramped.

The app is crashing sometimes and the interface sometimes lags. I also would like to suggest to have an option of adding a review to the deal/clinic. As well as a chatbox for easier communication with the clinics.

I can’t update the birth year on the registration page. You can update the month and day but there’s no way to scroll to select birth year. I tried to manually update it since the keyboard input pops up but it doesn’t do anything.

I have used this app a couple times and it never fails to disappoint, it has made it easier for me to discover more merchants around me with the services I need and afforadable deals. Parlon is also easy to navigate and it has provided me with the convenience in saving time instead of manually searching each and every salon/merchant around me with skme not even posting their prices. I’d also like to add that they have the best customer service I have experience with their quick responses and best solutions. Even though they weren’t really at fault with the concern I had they still gave a solution which was more than what should have been given as compensation. Truly happy and utmost satisfied with Parlon and I will surely continue to patronize them as well as recommend them to my friends and family ❤️ thank you very much Parlon!

Finding good deals, quality salons and services, filtering locations, etc in one app.

Ive been using Parlon since web and now on mobile app! Its never been easier to book an appointment to all the salons and dermaclinics. Grateful for the amazing deals and reward candies too. Thank you Parlon Team!

I booked services including a deal in the app. When I got to the salon, the cashier asked for the code. I did not receive any. I just paid for the full price. It’s not clear wether people should buy the deals directly in the app or book. Also, it seems like the salons don’t check the app. I booked appointments twice and had to call the salon to confirm.

Kindly fix. When on browser-site, it is working. You cannot input some codes that is app-specific only

I’ve been using Parlon for 2 years now eversince they launched their web and Ive seen how they grow and now with lits of beauty salons and wellness, its even more fun coz I get to try the ones Ive been eyeing without breaking the bank. My favorite is their SECRET CODES and PARLON CANDIES where I get to save a lot every time. Def a girls bestfriend!
