I recently decided to give the app a shot but have been stuck in the loading screen for over 15 minutes. I have an iPhone 13 pro so I doubt it’s a hardware issue. I will update if the app works.

Simple and Effective

Meh
It says “bar inventory in 15 minutes” but it takes that long just to load. Also, I thought it would have all the products set up, and you just pick what you have out of a list with images like in the provided screenshots, but I searched for things as basic as “Bacardi” and “vodka” and nothing came up. The process of adding your own products requires you to take a photo of each bottle, and is definitely not error proof, or quick. This app is not exactly as advertised.
Simple and efficient
Partender has done wonders for our company. We have 8 venues using the App and more to come. Partender is extremely user friendly and easily trainable for staff to use at its maximum capacity. Cuts back hours of weekly labour for our teams. Reports are easily downloadable into an excel sheet which we love as this allows us to go through the report and make manual adjustments if needed. Overall we highly recommend this app to anyone looking to make their inventory process seamless!
Easy to train & highly effective
The beauty of this tool is the app can be downloaded for free onto a staff members phone and taught to any new bar manager or supervisor in 20 minutes. No longer is .75 of a bottle to me, .5 to you! The ability to draw the level on the bottle makes counts more accurate. The simplicity and organization of the program taken performing inventory counts down from 2 hours to 30 minutes. We perform inventory weekly and Partender has saved a great deal of labor. Partender is being rolled out throughout our company - we currently have 8 restaurants onboarded and more to come!
Don’t invest a bunch of your time recreating your lounge before you understand the cost!
I trialed this product and invested several hours to set up a platform that was optimal for our lounge. All product pricing, supplier, most pictures I uploaded in HD and general maintenance for old and new products and their locations are up to the user to manage. The ease of use once completely set up is there for counting it’s quick and the reporting is standard excel with headers and a few easy formulas nothing over the top. We are a small lounge seat 130 and do a fairly significant amount of volume. I recreated a format similar it took me a few days but is very accurate and now with an iPad I can have anyone complete the inventory count in approximately the same time. I was excited to move forward until I received a quote for $178 CAD per month. My recommendation if your interested in this product would be to use the trial on a small format or section in your lounge/bar do not invest a lot of time recreating inventory spaces, then send and analyze the reporting. That is where the strength of the app shines and was my biggest take away. I’m a fan but they have to get more realistic on the pricing. They are interested in Big Fish not working with local or Independent customers.
