This app’s functionality is very barebones - Just like the in-store tablet. There is no consistency with drivers and there’s no way to track where they are (because they are doing something else instead of collecting food!) There’s a lot to learn from the other platforms, there’s a reason why our order ratio vs Menulog is 10:1

The partner centre on phone keels logging me out after every use. The instore partner centre should show us the driver on a map to see how far they are from the shop as the time given is not accurate at all and it keeps changeing. We’ve had drivers being due in 1 mins change to 20mins. The food is prepared and it sit with not sign of the driver and if the customers receive cold food they ring the store and complain that the food isn’t freshly done. You guys really need to checkout the accuracy of ubereats and their restaurants management apps.

when I go to the marketing page it just freeze there and won’t let u scroll up or down

Absolutely rubbish keep knocking you out

Just eat made this app so it thinks get away not helping it’s customers. Half the app features don’t work. As if you want to change prices says done but it’s not. Leaving message on this app is pointless task. They never get back and just tick messages complete.

Rubbish company rubbish service if there’s less than one star they deserve it I’ve been waiting for my money more than three months they don’t transferring don’t trust them guys ,, and I ask them for invoiceStatement they keep playing and they don’t want to send it to me Be careful don’t trust them .

Learn something from Uber

Due to the lack of support from the team behind the app it makes you wonder if their is any point to it. There is no autonomy whatsoever. Every tiny thing you need to do to your restaurant needs a support ticket request. Most of the time they will say they can’t do what you are asking because its not in their departments remit. That I understand but pass the ticket on to the department that can help, don't just leave the client in limbo. This app is nothing but guessing games and if thats what i was looking for i would have gone to the apple arcade. Just-eat, please cut back on the excessive marketing budget and begin to focus on making your user experience somewhat tolerable.

This is for everyone who have a Bussniss and use Justeat! When you customers get refund it’s just meat who doing it without customer know they only do this so that customers they use the credit again and again I had one of my customers who just live behind my shop I asked how come half of your food was damaged when you just a mins walk she had no idea she said she got £11.10 she didn’t ask for it. So now we should all get together and take Justeat to court!
