I’m going to travel, and every time I register it says email already in use, then if I login, then it says credentials don’t match. How to solve it. And if I change password it says server errors. What should I do. I have been trying since two days and it’s giving the same message.

I’m unable to register for traveling it’s keep loading with no message not sure how to proceed with this weird app.

There is nothing on this app to explain how to use it or what to do. What is the point of this app???

This app is so hard to use and it’s not user friendly at all. It crashes constantly and never works properly. It was because of this app I was not able to board my flight to Pakistan from California. It cost me thousands of dollars. Shame on the developers for making such an atrocious app.

I added my/ family info on our June trip, why do I have to add all basic info again in Nov trip? Also getting Error when viewing the info I submitted. Also unable to delete the info I added so I can change and add info again! So glitchy and poor app.

Hello, I cannot even register. Tried three time already. I have a flight to catch in 4 days.. what to do??????

Not sure, what’s the problem, but whenever I need to travel this app never works. I am trying for past whole week and it’s keep on giving me error and saying try in little while. If this is a mandatory app for registration, then why it’s not being fixed. That’s absolutely absurd.
