freezing
The application freezes a lot.
A long time coming!
I’m so glad that Passes finally has an app, but especially that they took their time with it and it shows! I love they kept it so close to the native website. It runs smoothly, and makes my life so much easier now!
Best User Experience
The app is seamless and so smooth to use from a user perspective. Clear, simple and to the point. The platform itself is amazing and so next level. Must need as a creator!!
Not good at all
When messaging creators a lot of the time app freezes doesn’t allow you to do anything force closing doesn’t do anything. Pictures and videos are low quality with text all over and you’re not able to zoom in.
Mostly good user experience
The app is great! I really like how similar it feels to the website when browsing on an iPhone. The only issue I have is a small pet peeve with the UI when browsing a creators gallery of content. A lot of the screen is occupied by stuff that isn’t content when scrolling, and it would be nice to be able to minimize the top portion (where it has “purchased content” as a title and allows the user to curate their feed) after the settings have been configured. Other than that, I really enjoy this app and being able to connect with creators more personally on Passes.
Works ok
It’s fine, but has some of the same issues the website has, plus a few more. The main one that frustrates me is messages not updating correctly. When a new one comes in, it’s not really possible to get it to show up on the screen with all the conversations without force quitting the app. And the notifications and badges/dots for messages aren’t great either. But I’m happy there is an app now, and it’s certainly functional to a solid extent. Hopeful for further improvements.
Needs more features
I would like to be able to use gifs and pictures and voice notes when talking to my favorite content creator. And the quality of the videos and photos need to be improved.
Better but still not great
Chat is better than the web, having issues viewing photos and videos I’ve purchased still. Trying to turn up the volume on video and it stops and messages comes up telling me my ip address has been reported and screenshots are not allowed.. like I didn’t know that already from the web version!
Nice app
Really like how creators get to control their brand in a more comprehensive way with this app. Optimistic about it.
