Once you long into one app and try to login into another app your password no longer works

Serena is the first fitness instructor who has actually made me feel something. She is such a motivator, which makes me MOTIVATED! The classes are hard but doable because she plays great music and has a playful banter style of talking through the workouts and spurs us on.

Day 1–We’re off to a bad start. I’m unable to use the app . Stuck on learn just spinning. I’m unable to customize and get things started! I’m close to requesting a refund if this isn’t fixed. This is only day 2.

These ear buds only last 5-6 hours. For someone who has issues falling asleep and staying asleep, that’s an issue. It doesn’t totally muffle out external noise and I can hear myself breathing in the ear buds like they have a microphone and it’s listening to me breathing. Not happy with this purchase.

Keeps me on track with my breathing rhythm without having to think about it. Finally I can meditate with ease.

I still like and use the first ascending piano track and feel a noticeable shift after about 8 minutes. I sometimes lose awareness after about 20 minutes but always come back with the bell. I am so grateful to have found such a simple, effective daily practice that has become a joy which I truly look forward to.

Absolute game changer doing the workouts live. The accountability is key for me and Serena’s workouts are so thoughtful, never boring and over before you know it, which helps me feel I got a win for the day before 7:15am PST

I enjoy the app very much. Prior to this, I was using a white noise app to fall asleep to. Now I have many more choices!

Nervous about starting but I think it’s not that difficult but I never knew they had bleach. I use to wash dads straight water. Takes forever
