Without user interaction app trying to process payment it’s not good

Lately I’m facing lot of issues with your service. There was a long delay before transfer gets completed. Now I deposited the amount using truelayer instant deposit service and amount got deducted from my bank account but it’s not reflecting in my passto account. Very frustrating

1. Live chat option doesn’t work, clicking submit doesn’t do anything 2. Customer support number on website is never working, says to call back in business hours 3. Clicking save for later in the transfer money section moves the transaction to failed and expired 4. Because of issue 3, ppl lose the fees free transfers 5. Transfers don’t happen in seconds, my friend is still waiting after two days 6. Referral credit hasn’t been given even though my friend has done the first transaction

Best rates and really quick transfer.

I was skeptical whether to use it or not but PASSTO is a genuine company and recently it has improved the features in the app which makes it more convenient to use.

Poor service not reliable to get money on time and you had to do multiple chats and emails to get an answer.

Worse worse , they’ve taken my money

I don’t know how this app company bypassed Apple authentication. I’ve transferred funds twice through them and the first time they said a ‘technical’ issue meant it failed then the 2nd time the con artist Christopher on the phone said it would happen instantly so i said can I wait on the phone while it happens instantly and he came up with excuses then I said ok I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and guess what - 3 days later the 2nd transfer has failed! What a bunch of con artists this company is. STEER CLEAR OF THEM’

Very good rate and low fees. If you compare this app has best rate as compared to any other app I know or available in UK. Also transfer rate is fast, 1-2 minutes max. I have been using this for more than a year now.
