Love this app.

Customer Service is Lacking

It was time to upgrade my iPhone. For the past few years, I’ve always used Face ID to open the app. I’ve switched computers and made the mistake of not keeping the password into the app… my bad. My problem was loading the app to the new phone as Face ID wouldn’t work. I tried numerous times to email for help. They did respond but the answers never seemed to match my questions. I became ultra specific on what I needed and still couldn’t get proper help. Why do so many companies drop assistance from live humans. It was super annoying. I finally figured it out on my end. They’d get a 1 or 2 if it was only based on customer service.

Try something else.

I purchased the app a few years ago and was happy with its streamlined interface and ability to sync between devices. Unfortunately after a big update cycle they started heavily pushing subscriptions for higher tiers and now there is an advertisement that pops up every single time I open the app. I’m searching to find a suitable replacement but I dread the chore of moving all of the data to a new app.

Where is the Button for Zero Star

Years ago, I invested in a lifetime pro subscription, only to be deceitfully downgraded by the developer to the essential plan. This blatant disregard for customer loyalty and trust is nothing short of shady. The developer’s instability is further highlighted by this unethical move, leaving users questioning the reliability and integrity of their services.

Best Ever

Easy to use. Easy access. Great security. I have been using this program for over 10 years and have compared it to others. This is the best.

Bait & Switch Developer

Paid $20 for the lifetime premium subscription when this app first came out. All features were free and unlocked with the paid app version. I guess the developer pulled an Open AI bait and switch and changed their model to an annual paid subscription instead of the original $20 lifetime and now wants me to pay again to unlock what I previously paid for. Look I don’t care if you want to switch models but this is bad business. You want to have a monthly or yearly paid subscription, fine! Create a new app and name it something else like mSecure V2. Don’t try to profit off all the reviews and good will earned during the early stages. Now I don’t trust this developer and will never buy another app from them again.

Disappearing Pro Features

Like others, I paid for the one time pro version a few years ago. When they changed to a subscription model, they moved me to an “essentials” plan that they continually say never lost features. Well slowly but surely things have gone on both iOS and Windows. Can no longer rename fields or make custom fields. For a while they had only removed it from the iOS app and I could get around it by making my edits in Windows but that’s gone now too. I get it devs. You need recurring income to continue to support the app and make a living. But you have indeed taken things away from us that purchased it in full here and there, so your claim that you haven’t is objectively false. I await your response where I assume you’ll again claim you haven’t.

Upgrade

I paid for an upgraded service with this app but everytime I am in it or use it, I am constantly requested to upgrade to another level of service which I will not do

Great App!

Easy to use, can create long passwords, easy to keep up with important information. Glad I have the app!

HORRIBLE

Had bought a new iPad now even though I bought the app years ago that isn’t good enough!!! Now can’t access passwords on my iPad!!! Basically STOLE MONEY FROM ME!!!
