Why do I find that I’m no longer able to play my messages that are bought and downloaded, please fix this problem N Bhengu

App still problematic with IOS

Literally takes 2 hours to sign in and another 2 hours to access the homepage. Very frustrating honestly. I love Pastors teachings but this App is a disappointment.

Lost access to messages in my library

With the improvement on the app, I found out that I no longer have access to my messages in my library that have already been bought. Please look into the app again and fix the issue. Thank you M Ngema

Time for a major upgrade!!!

The audio messages never work, especially those from the classics audio files. Ads should not be mandatory for paid subscriptions. While focused on the video message, ads can be often a distraction and thus they should be kept for free subscribers. The video displays are a problem for iPhone uses screens. No customer support is offered in the platform, no email, no confirmation of your request being sent or received by support. We need more videos added for Gold subscribers! By now this platform should be at the same level of Netflix as its an expensive subscription and so we deserve the same level of quality and smooth interaction. Please improve on the above!

25 espees not loaded

Purchase espees but didn’t receive it

Good day, I have bought espees using my iOS App. Apple sent the invoice for the purchase I made, the credit are still not reflecting on my account. Please assist ASAP.

I wanted to upgrade my subscription from free user to gold. I made the payment and it deducted but still now. There is no upgrade and it’s over 24 hours since
