I would like to thank the representative by the name of Diana. She was very knowledgeable and professional and helping with figuring out my account. Diane was very personable and shared what helps her in her own way with bills. Meaning, discuss about different methods that would help to track payments versus going paperless. Thank you Diana.

Works well easy to navigate.

This is a huge convenience. So easy to just snap a shot of the checks you want to deposit and get them into your account almost immediately.

The app is very convenient and secure to use. If you have any questions you can call Patelco directly. I would give their customer service 10 stars!

Disappointing in attempting to accomplish a dispute. Screen freezes on Mobile.

Before, during and after the hack earlier this year, Patelco has been and outstanding credit union in that they always provide incredible customer service and communication. I don’t live near California, but have remained with Patelco, especially after the way the organisation handled their customers with regard to the hack.

I like the convenience of mobile banking. It’s prompt accurate and it makes me feel safe with my financials. Thank you.
