Please update app for more current devices like iPhone 13. I’ve had to now purchase an iPod compatible with the app because the original one which came with my neuromodulator was failing and not retaining its charge leaving me in some tough and painful times. Life would be that little bit easier to manage

Hi St Jude could you please let your clients know what the ETA is for your app to be updated for IPhone 15pro? Many have a device that is now unsupported. Old iPhones and pods don’t hold battery power long enough anymore. So forced to upgrade their devices.

When will the updates be released in Australia to get this app installed on ISO devices above iPhone 12.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max that apparently is either “untested” or “incompatible” with the Neurosohere/Abbott/ St. Jude Medical application. I talked with an Apple representative and and they were surprised the app would not run on a phone that had now been suprseded twice. The 12 Pro Max has the same screen and same processor as other phone models approved to run the Neurosohere/Abbott/ St. Jude Medical app. so apple could offer no reason why the application should be incompatible with my phone. Come on Neurosphere, stop being unreasonably restrictive and update the application so it can run on more phones. Please also make it available to run on iPads as I can bearly read the iPod touch’s miniature screen.

Please update the app for iPhone 14 pro max, I bought the latest Apple device thinking it would be compatible, I love my scs device but makes more sense for me to only carry around 1 device.

When do we get a update to include access using iPhone 13 PRO
