Great old school adventure game. The other guy complaining about these games not being as open as maniac mansion isn't a realistic criticism. Tons of screens in each segment to explore and its just as fun. It's more similar to those games he lists than they are different by a long shot! My only complaint is you need to allow canceled actions, instead of forcing the action to play out after you've clicked. Most games of this type are standard in that regard. You also need to allow clicking to forward the dialogue, it's end user choice. That's also a standard. I find the game a little slower/less flexible as a result. Love to see that worked into an update. Thanks

I found the game provided a good balance of challenge and entertainment, with interesting scenes and characters tied together with travel sequences. If you are a fan of Zak McKraken you might enjoy this.

Fun throwback kind of game, with a little delightful breaking of the fourth wall. At times I thought that I'd played myself into a corner, but there was always a solution after all. Well done!

5 stars for name checking all my favourites in the app description. Zak McKracken in particular was a gem that never got the recognition it deserved. That said, remember in Zak when you got to the airport and could fly anywhere? Or how you could explore all of Maniac Mansion and just had to figure out what to do there? By contrast this adventure is on a pretty narrow set of rails. The developers love their influences and riff on them effortlessly throughout. This remains though a very constrained homage. Worse things can be said than that it left me wanting more. Not a longer experience (I remember saving up my allowance to get Zak - for the price this app is a no brainer), but a bigger one.

TOTALLY AWESOME

When I first played the game, it was great. Plus I loved the puzzles and what not, especially the end (no spoilers). All I wish is that this game get a sequel somehow.

The cons: -the dialogue is SLOW and repeats itself when you come back to the character later. God help you if you accidentally press in a character and have to repeat a whole dialogue again. -the sound effects HURT YOUR EARS. The walking sound will drive you crazy, and the button pressing and elevator ding sound is like driving a nail into your brain. The music is shrill. Pros: -acceptable pixel art -good story So yeah, okay at your own risk. Is it worth $2? I mean, I guess?

Great short click and point game. Definitely worth spending a dollar. But, not very long, so not worth splurging 1.99. Overall, as a click and point player; I really enjoyed it. Always looking for new adventure games and this one fits.

Not very difficult (a big plus for me), and it made me smile and even laugh out loud. Nice job
