Terrible
Highly upset because I did not have a vehicle at the moment to go make a payment. Not only does the app or online payment not work, but even the pay over the phone wasn’t working. Left a voicemail twice because apparently they were too “busy” to take my call, only for no one to return my call. I was left with no power overnight. I left a voicemail around 11am and again around 3pm. Do better GPA pls. This summer heat is no joke!
