Very Difficult and confusing

One of the most difficult and confusing to use app i have ever seen. From registration to usage, everything looks so muddled up and confusing.

Problem

Registration in this App is hell, unsteady and frustrating… with one customer ‘incorrect details’, another ‘wrong format’, even without any space for BVN when setting up A UP AGENT still return error message of ‘Input BVN’…worst feeling comes with the #86 naira daily rental fee for the UP POS which could have been uniquely passed with the charges and stop giving people impression of unscrupulous withdrawals from their account… but the network is good, just that management ought to review the app, some of their regional managers(who are killing the company’s image) and onboarding process

Not working

I signed into this app hoping that it would work for me and after signing in, I tried to login multiple times and it’s not opening..please I need help with this

I am trying to fill the app and it’s asking me to link my card and card pin when I’m not even sure I will get the loan I want please explain. Thanks
