Paychex Flex

My app is up-to-date and the app doesn’t work half the time. One time it showed I clocked out, but then the next day showed I didn’t clock out at all. My main problem, however, is that it either takes a couple minutes to load or doesn’t fully load the app at all. This is regardless of if I’m using data or connected to a strong WiFi connection. So countless times I’m “late” because I can’t get the app to fully load the page so I can clock in. While other apps load and work just fine during the same time that this one won’t work.

I get a blank page 90% of the time when I’m trying to look at anything on the app and the other 10% it tells me they’re having technical difficulties and can’t log me in at this time. Worst finance app I’ve ever used, get a new software development team.

Check stubs is so simple to use and has all the correct information right in front of you. It’s amazing. Whether it’s tracking your check stubs are preparing your pay for tax season. It’s a very simple process with them.

This app is very glitchy. I often can’t log in or click in and out. My manager has to adjust my hours frequently.

The only thing I have to say is thanks for all the support and I appreciate your support and help with this app I am very grateful for you serving my cuestion is what I need to do to get my money from my 401k? Thank

I can’t see my daily pay, that’s the only problem I have with the system

All I wanted to do was read my employee handbook. Have to do that on desktop because the page will not scroll down on my phone. They should either make it usable or not offer docs on the phone app.

This is a great app. It’s an awesome way to stay in touch with my paystub‘s and tax information.

I have been using this app with my employer for 3 years. It takes forever signing in, if I’m even lucky to get it to pull up at all. By the time it does come up I have already been at work for 5-10 min. Thus losing out on pay. Something needs to be done about the login process, it’s horrible.
