The app is always having issues with the early wages access. Multiple times I have tried to access my wages with an issue with the amount available. For example I tried to access my wages but I only had $3 available after working 4 days. I had to be on the chat, send proof of time card. I then was allowed $247 . I didn’t pull it at that exact time. I returned to the app 2 days later with now an amount of $170?? I didn’t understand how it could go down so I contacted the app and was on chat again with them telling me that’s all I had available but he couldn’t explain why the amount had decreased without me removing any funds. I explained to him that I had more available just two day prior! He said I didn’t work more days after a certain date and he was certain that I was mistaken or that the app had to reset. So 170 was all I could pull.. Now 2 days later I still haven’t been to work I now have $68 available???? How could this be ? It seems as though they hold fund back so you are responsible to keep paying a withdrawal fee of3.49 . I think it’s a shady app.

terrible support, often fail to pay a payroll without explanation and with emails supporting that they okayed it. really ruined my vacation as a business owner/manager. hot trash company

Needs a face for iOS iPad mini. Looks good on my android device. But for iOS looks outdated. Doesn’t fill the fill screen completely and doesn’t look like High definition detail

Our company switched from Paycom to Paycor, and it has significantly increased the amount of busywork in our day-to-day operations—for both myself as a manager and my employees. Unlike Paycom, I still haven’t figured out how to integrate my schedule with my Apple Calendar, which has been a major inconvenience.Additionally, logging in can be a hassle. If you access the system online, the app often stops allowing you to log in, forcing you to delete and reinstall it just to regain access. Scheduling is another pain point, as it lacks an easy way to calculate labor hours when you need to stay within budget. I could go on, but honestly, I don’t have the time—mostly because of all the unnecessary time I already spend dealing with Paycor’s flaws.

There needs to be a rounding function added to the “Future PTO Balance” output calculation, as the formula can generate a string of characters that exceeds the edge of the screen. I have a screen shot to show this if needed.

Constant issues with punching in/out because it doesn’t register the punch in the app. It shows ‘Punch Submitted’ which lulls me into a false sense of security because—and maybe I’m crazy for thinking this, but I actually believe the punch was submitted—when, in reality, the punch was not, in fact, submitted an overwhelming majority of the time. This is a payroll, benefits, and HR app. Stop trying to be what it’s not. The app doesn’t need to have a feature to message coworkers. It doesn’t need community feature(s). How about improving the basic functionality of the app instead of adding new, superfluous features…? Revolutionary idea, I know! Seriously, this app is utter garbage.l

A so-so app. Everything can be access via website so there is no use of this. You cant even clock in for your time.

If you’re looking for a horrible app to torture your employees with, look no further than PayCor. This review will probably be taken down much like the other negative reviews have been.

This app is completely unreliable. You never know when the app is going to update, my hours take forever to be logged, and it’s never consistent with when i can take my money off.
