Despite multiple attempts, I find myself stuck in a frustrating loop of failed verification attempts, with little to no assistance from the app's support team. The app's verification requirements seem unnecessarily stringent, demanding an array of personal information without clear justification or transparency. Even after diligently providing all requested documents and details, I continue to face rejection. What's more concerning is the lack of responsiveness from [Digital Wallet App]'s customer support. Messages go unanswered for days, leaving users like myself feeling stranded and helpless in their quest to gain access to basic features of the app. What's more concerning is the lack of responsiveness from customer support. When I tried to register, it said I am already registered When I tried to sign-in, it asked to update my mobile number. When I entered my mobile number, it asked for MPIN that I do not have.
