Wala those people are scam

My account has a savings of 20000 naira and I tried to collect a loan of 4000 naira since September 4 and I’m yet to receive it. It says pending and no customer care representative will reply my message I don’t recommend this app to anyone since I can’t collect loan or cancel my loan request or even collect my savings before the due date despite the 5% that will be taken from it Please how do I collect my money back

I sent money there and couldn’t see anywhere To transfer money from it

App is good and the support is even more wonderful with the way they quickly attend to issues. But since few days now the wallet department has been failing. You buy airtime from wallet and you get debited with no crediting . Even to fund plan from wallet is hard now! Please look into it
