Very bad customer care
I paid for my train ticket by Paytm use UPI, but didn’t received ticket. IRCTC answered they also didn’t received money. Paytm can’t help me, because not possible to contact with customer care directly. You can talk with robot, but he doesn’t recognise your question.
refund problem
don't trust this app with your money. I can't withdraw my money and close my deposit.
Customer disrespect. No customer care
No customer care. I can't add my bank account by app mistake. When I'm trying to contact customer care - it's just impossible. They put me in to chat bot loop. I spent too much time trying contact customer care. It's disrespect to customer. Wery bad service.
Boycott China sponsored Paytm
I request fellow Indians to boycott “Paytm” with immediate effect as this company is sponsored by Chinese investors. शहीदों का अपमान नहीं सहेगा हिंदुस्तान! जय हिन्द!
After update app cannot open
When i update my app then i am unable to open it . When i am try to open it automatically close down

Very bad system nothing not working
Not able to process anything, everything about this app wrong no solution for KYC
I downloaded app I have big question why this app still on App Store because if anyone download it but he / she not able to anything because KYC stoped and every time they show same pop up message “ something went wrong “ it’s just one false hope if you download once again this app may be you see difference but it’s not useful method I recommend to other users don’t download this app and don’t waste your valuable time.
Cannot log in
Since I uploaded new version two days ago I cannot log in and even cannot send message to Paytm service. Have no idea what to do.
