Urgent ERROR B04 With no Solution 😡😡😡
Perhaps public bank don’t need any customer to use them.

After setting up all the thing Keep error , Ask customer service? Sorry they only telling you that “this the system problem you may have to do step by step ?”
???????????? Then we did follow and keep came out the word ERROR B04
So when we URGENT NEED TO DO transactions use other bank ?
Why not Public Bank just ask your customer service reply us “just change to other bank more easier ” 😡😡😡
Once Agains , YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD ATTITUDE !Please do take action to the problem .

Cannot link all PBe accounts to one phone
I've few PBe accounts, only can link to one PBe account in my phone, and the other day I accidentally bind another account to my phone, then now I can't even create the transaction, because need to unbind and bind to that account, process was very tedious🙄 don't understand the purpose of this app? Then now even I press "Request Push Notification Now" for few times, the app still showing no pending transactions🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
UNSTABLE APP 👎
After calling the bank then I understand the process BUT.. it keeps on unbinding and I have to do the process everytime I need to do transactions.
VERY INCONVENIENT FOR ALL THE USERS, This is my first time giving review and I do it here to vent my anger to this stup*d app of yours! Please if app is not steady then make an option for us to remove the device and we can use back the physical token.
If you won’t fix this.. I will closed all my Accounts and open to other banks! My friend’s CIMB BIZ CHANNEL was so smooth.. Login and just TAP to approved..
Unable to verify the account.
No email verification code was sent to me.
Now I can’t even use on the website. Lousy!
I have made many mistakes in my life…
