Does not work, payments don’t work. Only worked once out 5 which was annoying when trying to get around. Would have thought Monaco would spend more on an app

Obliga a pagar suscripción
La app obliga a pagar una suscripción mensual o anual, cosa que no tiene sentido pasar los turistas o la gente que la quiere utilizar ocasionalmente. No tiene sentido

Needs improving
Constantly crashes and needs restarting. Doesn’t allow Apple payments. Requires password every single time to pay.
App does not allow to put on payment info
The app does not work. When trying to put in payment info from the drop down menus it jumps to Jan only. Also country selector is jumping and staying on United States. Very strange. Am on iOS 15.

Terrible app. Constantly breaks, functionality doesn’t work. If I made this I’d reconsider my career

Doesn’t work correctly. App hangs when inputting CC details. Poorly made. Not recommended.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It is a scam. They charge 15$ saying its a day pass but unless you didn’t dock the bike every 90 minutes it’s gonna change 12c per minute until the bikes dock. Basically you’ll ended up paying around 50$ just to ride a bike. Might as well buy a new one for yourself. Worst part is these policies are hidden in the agreement. So by the time you realize you’ve been over charged it’s too late.
No free bike stations
Where am I supposed to return my bike? In a 5km radius is not a single empty bike station (for several weeks now). Terrible

So me and my sister were unlocking two bikes and electrical one and a normal one. And the pricing is 20 cents per mile for e bike and 12 cents for a normal one. And guess what? They charged us 30 dollars after 45 minutes of biking??? Never using this app again and don’t recommend it at all unless you want problems. Just buy a bike from Kijiji.
