I notice this app have categories like milk, diaper, and wake up only. Is this really what is happening for one whole day at infant care centre? There are a lot of times I saw my baby sleep record is 4-5hours which is doesn’t make sense at all, be it medically or physically. When I confront them, both my 5months old baby main caregivers said baby got played at the community area not sleeping all day long but they will just update everything as “Sleep”. Then I ask how much exactly my baby sleep? They can’t answer me. To be honest, how do we parents track our baby sleep time per day ??? This application is supposed to better help parents but yet it is not at all! At this stage of 5 months old, we parents need to sleep training baby so that we also can better focus at work to earn a living! If this only happens to my baby main caregivers then I think the centre has to really look into the staff training already! It is either the training is not effective or the staff have understanding issue.

Hi. Its been a month since my child join school but I am unable to see any posts, albums, reports, activities. I had checked with the teacher and she said that they had link my child but I still couldn’t see any of it. Kindly fix this as I am unable to see any of his daily activities on what my child does at school.

Can have option to share or forward the pictures to other app without downloading it?

The recent revamped of the interface looks more vibrant and added more features for us to use. Keep up the good job!

Recent improvements of the app has been great, please keep up the good work. For further improvement, may i suggest to include the ability to upload our kids’ profile photos onto the app? Each centre deals with dozens of kids so teachers may not be able to link each face with their respective names - have received check in/out photos of the wrong kid, activity albums featuring the wrong kid…. So having profile photo of each kid will definitely help the teachers with their daily duties. Hope to see this change soon. Thanks.

I wished they retain the Little Family app. It was working well with frequent updates. There are still many bugs to be quashed and the messaging section of the app cannot even scroll up or down if you wish to edit. Once the words go below and out of sight, there is no way to scroll and edit from there.

Feels like a downgrade frm the prev app (little family room). Functionality is poor and not user friendly at all. Very slow to load and often encounters errors and have to keep restarting the app for it to open. Checkin/out photos have a significant lag time to load. Difficult to see where notifications are from as well. Teachers have issues with checkin and out almost everyday (resulting in longer time spent on the process), and the updates they post regarding feeding/changing do not always get transmitted/are lost in cyberspace - parents do not receive the updates ever. The timings become inaccurate as well as a result because sometimes they have to repost the updates or edit the updates. Given that there was probably significant funding spent on migrating to this new app, but this was done without adequate on the ground user testing beforehand, it is a very disappointing move.
