recently tried the PDF editor, and I was excited to give it a go during the free trial. However, I encountered a significant issue that has left me quite frustrated. Despite being in the middle of the free trial period, I was unexpectedly charged for a subscription. This was not communicated to me clearly when I signed up, and I feel misled. I expected to have the full trial duration to explore the app's features without being billed prematurely.

I downloaded the free trial for this app and it worked and performed as it should. When I went to cancel the free trial for some odd reason the subscription had completely disappeared from my subscription and purchase history. Not wanting to be charged the ridiculous amount of 83.99 I contact Apple support to see if they could cancel for me. Apple never canceled after they said they would, I was charged, and after I was charged the 80+ dollars the app reappears in my purchase history. This sure is a great way to ensure the app creator is paid. I’m pretty sure this isn’t legal so I’m exploring all legal actions at this point.

Garbage

This app does what no others don’t. There are soo many options and tools. So many hours spent getting no where on my computer. This app allowed me to finish my paper in no time. Highly recommended.

The app was perfect now you can’t change the text why would you change the app now I don’t want it I was going to pay for it now there’s no way

I signed up for a free trial. Within 15 minutes of that three day trial i had cancelled. Disappointed in the text editing capabilities or rather lack thereof. The terms and conditions blatantly state you will not be charged if you cancel 24 hours before the trial ends, and i did that. Under my manage subscriptions showing it was cancelled within 15 minutes. So i go to download again. It shows i have not cancelled on their end or at least it appears as such. When i click cancel in the app it directs me to my subscriptions saying it was already cancelled. I don’t care the price. I care i was charged. Have documented everything about this. And i have reported a problem to Apple. Next disputing their charge. And does anyone reach out from this app? No.

The PDF editor app is exceptional! Its user-friendly interface and robust features make document editing a breeze. I appreciate its efficiency and smooth functionality.

I spent at least 45 minutes trying to use this app and never got anywhere or could do anything with it. Very generic and the biggest waste of time. Now deleting this app.

Luigi 1st no instructions. 2 It brings down your document but does not convert it to pdf. 3. It seems to be a scam. 4. A drop out tells you to chose but you cannot mark it. Lost to much time.
