This is an excellent PDF viewer and annotator: it does everything, it adheres to the spec, it’s customizable (light/dark themes, page transitions, the works), and it gets out of your way. 5-star recommended app.

This app is way above anything you've imagine! Very handy, full of options, superb indexing, annotations and more! The devs constantly update the app and are very quick in responding in any feedback. I totally recommend the app as one of the most useful and powerful apps in the App Store!
