Good food

The food here is amazing… but their app is by far the worst in the industry. Applying rewards and navigating the app are so unnecessarily difficult that I would rather go eat somewhere else. I hope this changes because it’s probably my favorite place to eat.

Needs Apple Pay.

I love this app and all the people that work here are amazing they exactly who I am and are always happy Happy see me! This app has amazing rewards and it is the best part to see these workers daily!

Great food

Making people have to store they’re credit card is a PIA when ordering… especially in todays world of auto-refusals. Get with the program guys… 1998 called… they want their PayPal card processing back

This app is useless if you want to earn rewards. After ordering ahead a few times and attempting to claim a birthday promo, I realized that I wasn’t earning any rewards, nor was I able to claim promos. I asked the attendant at the store, and they told me the only way to earn rewards was by ordering at the restaurant and giving them a code from the app. Ordering ahead will not earn rewards. Nor is there an Apple Pay or mobile pay option. I usually don’t like storing my cards on apps.

PDQ does right by their customers! Never had issues with my online order, everything was made quick and efficient. Also, Wendy’s has some competition with their strawberry lemonade lol, it taste so perfect!!
