Why this app doesn’t work in my iPhone..?

I can’t play a single video or telecast on this app. I live in Bangladesh and I don’t know what’s the problem.

Its been years since I started watching this channel and I’ve learnt alot through that time. I remember just watching theough the website and now we have an app to watch anywhere anytime we want. I do hope that soon they make one for these smart tv that are coming out, that way we can also install and watch with our families and friends from the comfort of our homes. 🙏🏾

Try with the headphone to solve the sound problem. I am using Bluetooth headphone.
