App is terrible. The buttons don’t work, my tickets disappear and reappear, and I keep getting sent to an advertisement page. I bought my tickets on Ticketmaster - the fact that I am required to use this ineffective junk app doesn’t make sense. The only reason to ever use this trash is if you’re forced to ,like Ticketmaster is doing to it’s customers)

Makes everything quick and easy leading up to game day and is super easy to use!

Did have a little bit of trouble entering the validation code, but my experience was much better than the reviews. Took under two minutes to transfer the tickets to a friend. No major complaints….

I despise whoever made the decision to make everyone who wants to go to this one football game download their app. Opened it up to sign into my ticketmaster acct then immediately deleted. Developers of this app read this: I hate you for bringing this into existence.

Why did we have to download an app just to be taken to our browser to a Ticketmaster account? Then the “add to my wallet” button doesn’t even appear. I am using an iPhone 8 but apparently this is an issue on the 12 as well.

No button, hyperlink or prompt appears to facilitate the transfer.

The only way to access your ticket is through “Manage my tickets” however this button appears to be a dead link as nothing opens when clicked.
