Saya terima mesej mengatakan bayar bil cukai taksiran separuh tahun kedua 2024 melalui apps Pearl One Touch Penang. Tetapi dalam app ada e-statement bagi separuh tahun pertama sahaja… itupun tanpa rebat e-bill. Dah lama saya subscribe e-bill.

Payment detail- maklumat pembayaran is a big failure, why we need to fill in nama penerima? The receiver not Mbpp? No akaun, how we know Mbpp use which bank and what account number? So how we make payment for the booking? ???
