Payment doesnt load

App payment options keeps giving a duplicate payment error so you cant load money and also balances are not updated properly. Get proper engineers and fix the app. Would rate it zero stars

App is useless

Does not load messages, other functions like daily and yearly statistics does not load at all. Extremely slow. And very lacking in options to pay. Needs a lot of work urgently as se are forced to use the app.

The app balances don’t update in real time

I’ve had several situations where the app doesn’t work and I end up sitting without electricity

The app doesn’t open. Been restarting my phone thinking it could be it but nope it’s the app. Can’t be able to upload funds now. Such inconveniences

Unable to login through app

App keeps giving error: “type ‘Null’ is not a subtype of ‘String’ in type cast” I don’t know if it is because there is a 0 in my username/e-mail address, but login is fine through the website.
