This app does everything it was intended to do, works great monitoring my E3600.

Seems to work perfect so far. I followed the instructions and it was flawless with my 3600

I feel like the people complaining about not being able to connect to the device might not have read the instructions. I tried adding the device and it was not found initially so I looked at the instructions and you need to go into the settings and reset the WiFi to put it into pairing mode. As soon as I did that it showed up right away. I have not had the device long yet so I can’t speak to reliability but I am very happy with it so far. The price and features out do the competition. The app shows all I would think you would need to see. I honestly don’t expect I’ll use the app much but it is nice to be able to check the status. If it stays reliable I might end up getting another one for 240V.

Won’t connect to my Pecrom ELP1500 at all with my iPhone. Hope they will fix this app, but I’m sure they won’t. Makes me really regret even buying the battery because I have no idea if it will even last

I can’t pair my battery to the device i can’t find information about pairing in the manual. I like the battery system but this app is worthless. the scan for QR code just stares at the code never does anything the stand near the device feature never sees the battery.

Pecron has clearly not been interested in fixing this app. It’s September 2024 and their app will not connect to a device using Android or iOS. Pecron is a 3rd rate player in comparison to other more premium brands. Their App rating proves this.

Is frustrating trying everything to connect. Pecron you need to fix this you are lossing a lot of sales for this

You shouldn’t have to enter a WiFi password to use this app. This is a portable power station. Won’t regularly have WiFi on the road.

Your competitors (EcoFlow and Bluetti) have a far superior app. You not addressing the lackluster issues of your app tells me you are not concerned with after-sales service, or the happiness of your customer.

The app shows basic information about the status of the power station and facilitates some configuration changes that are otherwise cumbersome via the onboard unit interface. Unfortunately, the app does not reconnect to the power station reliably. Instead the user needs to restart the power station completely to re-connect the app. Hopefully Pecron will improve this soon for people that have the power station as part of a van build where it’s reliability in all aspects is depended upon. Otherwise, Pecron is really beating out the competition price and feature wise. Would definitely buy their products again 😀
