I wasn’t sure this was going to work but CBT is amazing and I’m glad they use this to help people quit. It’s worth it! Although I gave this app only 2 stars was that I was passed on to at least 3 coaches which didn’t help my journey to quit……

Great so far. Enjoying my journey to becoming a non-smoker. Notifications don’t work for me at all though and I’m finding myself having to set my own alarms and reminders manually through my phone. I’ve tried looking through all settings however no notification settings appear for the app.

I did like this app until I went to delete a log I didn’t end up having it won’t do anything it comes up remove so you want to remove but it still just stays in the log, needs fixing!!!! Now it’s deleting but not removing from my weekly or daily total!!!! Frustrating

Trying to change my settings (it has me as having smoked 0 cigarettes a day) is stressful - I can’t figure out how to do it. Tested out every tab and everywhere it’s trying to get me to do things and buy things.

I find it extremely unethical that this app plays off a persons addictions to get an insane $40.00 per month for basic content. Don’t be fooled, you get barely anything for free on here. This isn’t an app that wants to help you, they’re taking advantage of those who a desperate. Disgusting tactics. There are plenty of better and FREE apps out there to help you quit smoking. Don’t waste your money or time with this.

Needs to be bug tested, just a dumb amount of bugs for such a simple app

I was really keen to use this app and it seemed like it was going to be extremely helpful in the beginning only to find out I can’t use any of its features at all unless I pay $38 a month which most people don’t have laying around to spend on an app, so now I just have this useless app that only tells me how many cigarettes i have and haven’t had, which I can do myself, so what’s the actual point of this app unless you’re willing to lose quite a bit of money over it? That’s like half the amount of money I pay for my wifi, so now because I can’t pay for the app I don’t get any help at all? Can’t even do the steps anymore n only got to do 5, this app is completely useless unless you’re paying for it and it’s left me extremely disappointed because I was very excited to use it and get help to quit.

Great user friendly app. I just wish it had a rollins option

I started filling out the intro stages this morning and barely got through half of them. When I went back to continue later today the app will only let me continue if I pay for a trial. Not worth the wasted time!

The free version is basically useless ( can’t even get a sense of whether the paid version is worth it). I’m going to pay for a subscription out of curiosity and maybe I’ll do another review if it’s worthwhile. The free version is a waste of time and will just lead to disappointment and anger when you realise you have put in a bit of effort setting it up and basically got nothing in return.
